Introducing Twin Oaks Golf Complex

(Eudora, KS) The First Tee of Greater Kansas is happy to announce the partnership with Twin Oaks Golf Complex in Eudora, KS to offer Life Skills Experience golf classes to youth age 7-17. The First Tee classes will be held on nine Wednesday evenings June through early-August. Golf clubs, activity books, and instruction are included for $75. Golf is a fantastic game to play all throughout your life, this is a great chance for youth of all abilities to learn the skill sets taught through golf,” Jeff Burey, PGA Professional and President of Twin Oaks Golf Complex, said. TFTGKC is a non-profit youth serving agency with a mission to impact the lives of young people in the Greater Kansas City area by providing learning opportunities and educational programs that promote character development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf. The First Tee of Greater Kansas City serves 15,000 young people at, now, nine programming sites, over 30 local schools and through outreach programs. The First Tee of Greater Kansas also administers the Al Hoffman Scholarship Program. Currently, five alumni of the chapter are attending college with the financial assistance of this program. The Greater Kansas City Chapter is part of The First Tee Network of over 180 youth development organizations worldwide. Twin Oaks Golf Complex is a unique golf facility serving Lawrence and Eudora, Kansas and the surrounding area. Golfers of all skill levels are invited  to practice and play at the friendly facility — featuring a full driving range, the 9-hole Wakarusa Pitch & Putt course, professional instruction, new and used equipment sales, and a special focus on junior golf.
